Each threat entry requires a unique title. Please use either the organization name or the last name of the sending/suing party and the organization name or last name of the receiving/defending party in the title separated by "v." For example, "Apple Computer v. Google" or "Smith v. Jones" or "Smith v. Google"
Use only one party name on either side of the “v.” In a lawsuit, these will be the first name listed on either side in the court documents. In other instances, list the primary party's name; if there is no primary party, just pick one to use.
