What is the Court Name field?

This field identifies the court in which the lawsuit was brought. If the case involved multiple courts because of an appeal or removal from state to federal court, list all of them. Please use the court's full name. For examples of what full court names look like for each type of court, see the “Court Type” portion of this FAQ.
