What do I do if a situation involves multiple legal threats, such as a threatening email followed by a lawsuit?

Create a separate entry for each distinct legal threat involved in a situation. You probably will need to write different descriptions or otherwise modify the entries to describe the details of each threat.

If the titles are the same, you should include a parenthetical in one or more of the entries' titles to help distinguish between the different entries -- for instance, in the situation with the email and lawsuit, you could name the two entries “SenderName v. ReceiverName (Email)” for the email threat and “SenderName v.ReceiverName” for the lawsuit threat.
