What do I do if the verdict or settlement amount is in a foreign currency?

Please convert this amount into a U.S. dollar amount (currency converters are widely available on the Internet), and then note in the "Description" field what the verdict or settlement amount was in its original currency. Also, please include a note that the amount was converted into U.S. dollars for purposes of the "Verdict or Settlement Amount" field. We are sorry to be U.S.-centric about this, but for research purposes it is easier to have all the amounts entered in the same currency.
