What is the Sending/Suing Party field? in
This field identifies the party that initiates the legal threat or
action -- for instance, the plaintiff in a court case or the person who
sends a cease-and-desist letter. If there are multiple parties, list
all of them. Names should be written out as they normally appear (first
name followed by last name). Multiple names should be separated by
semi-colons (";"). For example: “Joe Smith; Sue Smith; Trey Smith". If
the legal threat is a lawsuit, the relevant court documents will
contain information regarding the parties involved.
