hello, i just came across this website and am hoping someone can possibly help me out. I want my small business to become incorporated. I live in Ma. so this can be done at the secretary of states website online. I actually want to elect for an s corporation, but i guess you have to first become a c corporation. anyway, I am confused on how to file the articles of organization. I will be the only shareholder, one single owner, director all that and i will not be having any employees. so I want 100% control of the shares of stock in my company. my company has made no money at all, it has no assets or anything yet, its brand new, :). how do i word this to show I am in control of all the stocks? How much of a stock amount do i have to put on it? I will be the only one ever involved in this Inc. the par value I am just gonna value at .01. i am brand new at this so maybe someone can help me understand what figues i should put for article 3, thanks for any help, :) -deb
