I am the President of a NFP organization in the state of IL and we are a 501c3 and are incorporated in the state of IL. What are the legal steps required to be a fiscal sponsor of program in the state of Missouri? Do we need to be a foreign Corporation in Missouri or does the program asking us to sponsor them need to incorporate in the State of Missouri?
