Under corporate law, can a founder be removed if he left out a material fact?

A founding party doesn't give all pertinent facts to other founding members, saying he thought it wouldn't be important. Turns out it was. Can the other parties remove him from the board and his shares from the corporation? The shares have not been issued yet.
