I live in Florida and as stated in the "SUBJECT" stated above, my ex-boyfriend is being extremely hateful & spiteful. Does this not fall under the category of Defamation of Character, Invasion of Privacy (as I have SPECIFICALLY begged him not to do such), he has no permission to publish any picture of me, not even my face. Also, would this fall under the Slander category as well?

Distribution of personal photographs is unlikely to be defamation (either libel or slander) because defamation requires the dissemination of a false statement of fact about you.
However, the distribution of these photographs might constitute invasion of privacy, if you had a legitimate expectation of privacy in those photographs at the time they were taken (including an understanding with whoever took the photos that they would be kept private).
