My female friends' husband attached my photos in his divorce court compliant - it seems photos taken somewhere near from my residence-I am his wife's roommate, so living together(I was smoking at the porch, photos looked like taken over the fence) He claimed I am his wife's hidden lover. I happened to look at the my female friends' court complaint(which looks much different from US), 3 of my photos taken over my fence attached as exhibition.
Is it lawful in US? Take somebody's face without his permission plus use as court compliant attachment?
