California, interesting SLAPP question.
Party "A" sued for Defamation, emotional distress, false light, etc.based on a website.
Suit says "A" put up the website. He did not. Website not registered to him, he has no connection to it and did not contribute to it, in fact, he told the person, in writing who put the site up, he opposed it.
Question: Can "A" deny he put the site up, etc. but sill file an Anti-SLAPP suit?
Any references to cases or codes appreciated.
I can be contacted directly at: Jeopardy_champion_1988@yahoo.com
Thanks.
