Attorney is protected from the Public by the State Bar of Georgia

Does the Bar protect the public from incompetent attorneys? No, rather it shields the attorney from being held accountable for there behavior.

Although the Panel decided to privately issue an Investigative Panel Reprimand upon Mr. Bugbee, the Panel's decision does not deprive you of any right of action you might otherwise have at law or in equity against the attorney.
