Is it best to incorporate in home state or in Delaware? Thank you.

Where should a non-profit org/webiste with national presence incorporate?

If you incorporated in the State of Delaware as a 501(c), then you'd be exempt from paying the franchise tax, however, you would still have to file an Annual Report, as well as find a Registered Agent (if you are out of state.)

Also, even if you registered in DE as a nonprofit, you'd probably still end up having to pay some kind of formation fee/tax in the State you are domiciled in. Best bet: check your state law.
