Classroom Anatomy Lab recorded for studying purposes -Teacher Pressing Charges

I am a student at The Richard Stockton College of NJ taking a class in Anatomy along with a lab. During this lab, we dissect cats to demonstrate the similarities in organs/structures in humans. Student's along with myself have been video recording the dissection for studying purposes outside the classroom. The professor was aware of the recordings and had stated that she did not want to be in any of the videos. These videos were posted on Youtube for the class to share and study with. The video and video description did not state the college name or professor's name.

Problem: Professor had called me out of the classroom to speak with her and her two Asst. Dean Directors of Academic Science Lab & Field and was demanded that these videos be taken down from Youtube. It was not against the school policy in any means, but against the professors. She had stated to me that it goes against her privacy (her face is not in any of the videos), and that this could ruin her entire career. She also mentioned that she will be pressing charges in anyway against me. Along with this, it will be documented in my permanent record for the college, and will be brought up to the Dean of Students and Provost. She had also demanded to see all pictures/videos on my cell phone - which there weren't any, but can she demand that of me and my privacy rights?

At this point in time, I am trying to see what she can possibly do to me in regards to legal issues. Can she press charges? Other than giving me an 'F' as a grade for the lab, what can she do legally? Do I have anything to back myself up?

The videos have been removed from Youtube already and she had witness that.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
