I recently made a little history by videotaping much of the Dan Talbot Revere Murder trial, and in so doing I received a hateful and arbitrary response from Suffolk DA Dan Conley, watch the pictures and the video. He refuses to speak to me even though his office had my successful motion to the court highlighting my background as successful trial attorney and former editor and writer for a large daily newspaper.

What's worse is that he goes to speak with Seth Daniel from the Revere Journal, but the Revere Journal runs my trial photos!
Nice.
Anyway, I have 13,000 views of 36 trial-related videos in the past two weeks and that's what the First Amendment, blogging and open and transparent government are all about.
