I went to San Diego to pick up my husbands work truck. I was to drive our car home. I had never been to Mexico so I told my husband I was going down and shop. Coming back into the US I had my papers ready and what I had bought on the seat. My husband had told me some things had to claimed. Patrol told me to open my trunk I did by the release on side of my seat. Next thing my doors flew open and I was being told to put my hands on the steering wheel. I was pulled out thrown over the hood and handcuffed. I kept asking what is in my trunk? I was told a Mexican, They said they were siezing my car because the Mexican gave me, or offered me $500.00. I was searched and so was my car. I did not have $500.00. In addition they said it was the same as drugs. I disagreed: Drugs need someone to put them there. A human do not. I would not risk my freedom. My car was paid off Mar. 2009 A lock was broken. He was let go. Border has my car. HOW?
