Pressler v. Mills/Mills v. Pressler(NJ) update
The Attorney for Sheldon Pressler filed a Motion to Compel/Motion To Strike concerning Interrogatories and the answers submitted by Scott J Mills; I have uploaded the documents.
Scott Mills, the pro se Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff has notified the Court of his protected rights under the New Jersey Shield Law concerning certain information demanded by Pressler and his Attorney by way of his Answer to the Motion; among other "unalienable" protections afforded under the New Jersey Constitution; and recent New Jersey Supreme Court cases.
The Court will hear Oral Arguments on May 28, 2009 at 10AM in Hackensack, NJ.
