Massachusetts Statute of Limitations for Intrusion ClaimsThe statute of limitations for intrusion cases in Massachusetts is 3 years. Because there is no specific statute on point, Massachusetts uses the same limitations period for intrusion as it does for libel, slander and defamation suits, which is 3 years. See M.G.L. c. 260 Sec. 2A.
