Con Man Lawsuit
This con man Palmer has filed a false suit to try and get monies from people, he admitted it is a shame to shake down people but at least he is trying to get his life in order after being released from Prison. The case has now got the attention of authorities and are looking into his activities for fraud.
Lawsuit Still Ongoing
After reviewing recent SLO County court schedules, this case is still moving forward with Ed Palmer's wife, Carolyn Vickers, suing on behalf of Mr. Palmer's estate.
To my knowledge, neither a settlement nor trial date is scheduled.
